Procxss was founded on a simple premise: most construction problems are preventable. Cost overruns, schedule delays, contractor disputes, and quality failures almost always trace back to gaps in planning, oversight, or communication — not bad luck.
We built Procxss to close those gaps. Our Procxss managers bring deep field experience and a structured methodology to every engagement — whether we're helping a homeowner navigate a renovation or managing a complex commercial program across multiple sites.
We work exclusively in the Mid-Atlantic region — DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania — because local knowledge matters. We know the permitting environments, the contractor markets, and the conditions that make construction in this region uniquely challenging.

With 25 years in Design + Build construction delivery and management across the DC metro area, John leads every client engagement with a hands-on approach to schedule, budget, and quality control. His background spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District.
Gina Bennett
Principal
Gina specializes in residential pre-construction and renovation consulting across Northern Virginia and Maryland. A former project manager with a regional custom home builder, he brings deep expertise in contractor vetting, scope development, and pre-close inspections for buyers and owners.
Eric Wyche
Principal
Eric is an expert in schedule recovery and construction program management. His background in critical path analysis and contractor claims resolution on large commercial projects makes him the firm's go-to resource when timelines are at risk and accountability is non-negotiable.
